How to start a return
Email hello@dianesvintagejewelry.com with your order number and a few words about what went wrong. We will reply within 24 hours with simple next steps.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, send us a photo and we will ship a replacement or refund you in full - whichever you prefer.
